Reading can be a wonderful way to prepare mentally for labor and childbirth. There are so many resources available, and more material is being written everyday. Here are some books that I recommend. I own copies that I am willing to loan to my clients. Also, if you come across a book, article, or website that you find helpful, please let me know. I'd love to read it myself and add it to this list.

RECOMMENDED ARTICLES/WEBSITES

*Disclaimer: By posting these articles, I am in no way stating that I agree with all of their content. Much of it is simply food for thought. You are smart. Research, study, and think about what rings true to you and what ideas you choose to incorporate into your pregnancy and birth. You can't believe everything you read on the internet.
